Antigone
Antigone is a 3-screen Cinema Verité investigation of Stanislavski, feminism and the death drive. I created tragic documentary portraits of Hollywood Method actresses preparing for the role of Antigone, and then had them re-enact each other’s traumatic tales in synch. Each tells her own tale once, and the others' twice.
3-channel video installation, 15 minutes, 2014.
